Ode to my daughters in the sound of long E - Renee Keele

Eager Queen,

dreamer,

seeks peace,

Queen, Preach.

He ekes, bleak

cheap speech.

She believes, frees,

sweet speech.

Queen, Preach.

He breeds greed,

heaps greed.

She grieves deep,

bleeds deep.

Queen . . . Preach.

He releases beasts

mean needs.

She kneels, weeps,

Streets --- bleed.

Queen . . . Preach

He beats repeats,

cheats, tweets.

She speaks keeps

fierce beliefs

Queen. Preach

He schemes, steals

Defeats dreams.

She reveals, heals,

Shields dreams.

Queen Preach!

She sees,

seeks, seals

Each dreamer --- She leads.

Queens.
